From wired and tired to rested and ready

Poor sleep and persistent exhaustion aren’t just inconveniences — they’re performance liabilities. When your nervous system is stuck in overdrive and genuine rest feels impossible, no amount of willpower or early nights will fix it. You need to address the root causes.

This is where two evidence-based approaches combine to create something more powerful than either alone.

EFT works directly on the physiological stress response — calming the nervous system at the level where sleep is actually won or lost. When anxiety, unresolved emotion or stress are driving your sleep problems, tapping gets to work where other approaches can’t.

CBT-I — Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia — is the gold standard clinical treatment for persistent sleep issues. Unlike sleeping pills, it targets the thoughts, habits and behaviours that keep your brain on high alert when it should be winding down. The changes it creates are lasting, not temporary.

Together they address sleep and fatigue from every angle — physiological, cognitive and emotional. The result is genuinely restorative sleep, consistent daily energy, and the mental clarity that sustained high performance actually requires.

For many of the women I work with, the real challenge isn’t just stress or poor sleep. It’s the accumulated weight of self-doubt, suppressed emotion and the quiet erosion of confidence that comes from years of holding everything together for everyone else.

EFT works at the root of this — not by building a performance on top of what’s broken, but by clearing what’s underneath. The self-doubt. The patterns of reaction that feel automatic and impossible to shift. The emotions that have been pushed down for so long they’ve started running the show from below the surface.

What to expect when working together

Every engagement is bespoke — built entirely around your goals, your schedule, and your circumstances. We establish this together during an initial free 30-minute discovery call. EFT underpins every area of work, and all sessions are available online.

A session includes a 90-minute face-to-face call via Teams, followed by a 30-minute phone call to help you integrate what you’re learning and navigate anything that arises in between. Unlimited email and messaging support is available throughout. Handouts and practical between-session work are part of every engagement. This level of continuity is what makes the difference — faster progress, deeper learning, and growing confidence at every stage.

I work with a small number of clients at any one time because this work deserves full attention. My philosophy is simple: I’m here to help you do this for yourself. My goal is never dependency — it’s mastery. Once these tools are yours, you carry them everywhere, for life.
